Low-Fat Turkey Sausage Recipe

Just made my own home-made turkey sausage and figured I'd share my recipe with my fellow hackers.

What you'll need:

• 1.3 lbs ground turkey (I use 93/7)
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon dried sage

Mix it all up real good and make a bunch of patties and brown in a frying pan at medium heat, over the grille, or where ever and you are done.

The result is very tasty and low fat.
